We currently provide shipping services to addresses within Australia.
Orders to locations outside Australia are not supported at this time.

Once processing begins, the estimated preparation time required before dispatch is 1–3 business days.

From the moment a parcel is shipped, the estimated shipping time is 6–10 business days.
Actual transit time may vary due to weather, carrier volume, or regional delivery conditions.

A notification email will be sent after dispatch, containing your tracking number and access instructions.
You may monitor your parcel’s progress through the carrier’s online tracking tools.

7.  Responsibility Statement
Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, we will provide reasonable assistance in case of unexpected delay, routing issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information results in delay, return, or additional cost, such responsibility will rest with the ordering customer.

8. Receipt & Inspection
A shipment will be considered fulfilled once delivered to the specified address.
If you authorize another person to receive the shipment or opt for unattended drop-off, the delivery will be regarded as completed.
If you notice visible damage or irregularity upon receipt, please contact both us and the carrier promptly so we can assist where possible.
